How to share a Rightmove shortlist with your partner

Rightmove still has no real shared shortlist: your saved properties live in one account, and the "share" button just sends a link. If you're buying with a partner or family, here are your options — from duct tape to purpose-built.

The workarounds most couples use

WhatsApp links — quick, but three weeks in you have forty links, half of them expired, and nobody remembers which was "the one with the nice kitchen".

A shared spreadsheet — better: columns for price, postcode, notes. But every row is typed by hand, nothing updates when a price drops, and no one enjoys maintaining it.

Sharing one Rightmove login — works until one of you saves a "joke" house or deletes something the other loved. And there are still no notes, ratings or area data.
